Social responsibility and sustainability are an integral part of our strategy. To document this going forward, we have developed a sustainability strategy and action plan up to 2030 with a focus on specific targets within CO2 reduction and ESG.
Our vision for CO2 reduction by 2030
Port activities
H. Daugaard's diesel-powered equipment at the ports must achieve an 80% reduction in CO2 emissions.
Buildings
H. Daugaard's buildings must achieve a 90% reduction in CO2 emissions measured per m2.
Recycling and reuse
All H. Daugaard locations sort waste into fractions.
Transportation activities
H. Daugaard's own trucks will reduce CO2 emissions by 40%.

Company cars must reduce CO2 emissions by 80%.
