Diversity goals for H. Daugaard in 2030

Management:
The proportion of underrepresented genders must be min. 40%.

Board of Directors:
The proportion of underrepresented genders must be min. 40%.

Hourly paid drivers:
The proportion of underrepresented genders must be at least 10%.

Diversity:
Diversity in H. Daugaard should generally reflect the diversity in society

Hourly paid warehouse/terminal employees:
The proportion of underrepresented employees must be at least 10%.

Salaried employees:
The proportion of underrepresented genders must be min. 40%.

Sick leave (not long-term sick leave):
Max 2% across the organization.


We support

Whistleblower scheme

Since 2021, we have had a whistleblower scheme. It allows both internal and external parties to anonymously report unacceptable behavior and criminal acts, which can then be handled appropriately and confidentially.
