A New Year's greeting in the transition from 2022 to 2023
Greetings from H. Daugaard's CEO Managing Director Michael Frihagen
2023 is underway, and at the same time we have said goodbye to 2022 - a good and exciting year for H. Daugaard. We have again experienced double-digit growth, said hello to many new colleagues and invested heavily in new technology and security. The agenda was just as varied as expected.
New items for the business plan are constantly emerging - such as inflation, rising interest rates, ESG and SBTI (science based target initiatives). All of which we in the executive management and the organization must relate to and work with. And we are happy to do so.

Yes, there are gray clouds out there. But I think it's also an opportunity to stop and take action on the areas that need extra attention.
At H. Daugaard , we know the importance of working to improve the skills of our employees. They are our greatest asset - which is why we have launched a comprehensive training program for all our salaried employees. The training program is based on our strategy and values and will run over the first half of 2023. The aim is to increase an already high level of customer satisfaction (based on a recent customer satisfaction analysis) and to create even more job satisfaction among our employees. Happy employees create good results.
In 2023, we expect that both we and our customers will continue to be challenged in a highly volatile market. To best meet the needs of our customers, the keyword will again be flexibility, which is one of our core competencies.
Customized Logistics all the way
We are experiencing high demand for our Customized Logistics services and we are therefore working on a couple of major expansion projects to ensure that we can continue the growth we have experienced in recent years.
So with the above in mind, we look forward with confidence.
A huge thank you to our employees for a fantastic work effort - you just do it well. We would also like to thank our customers and partners for a good, loyal and respectful collaboration. We look forward to embarking on 2023 together with you.
